- One of the great advantages to shopping at Wax Seal Shop is that we provide gift wrapping with any purchase.
- Perfect for those days when you can’t decide or want your friend/loved one to choose something perfect. We offer $25, $50, $100 or $200 gift vouchers. You will receive the voucher, with unique code, in the post or, if you prefer, an e-certificate can be sent to yourself or the chosen recipient.
- Corporate customers receive a full tax invoice with every purchase. A custom Wax Seal is a great and thoughtful touch to all company stationery and correspondence.
CURRENCY, GST & TAXES
- All prices are in Australian dollars and include a 10% goods and service tax (GST). This GST is automatically removed from all orders being delivered to countries other than Australia. The adjustment in price is made automatically in the checkout before confirming your payment.
- Online payments are made via either Direct Payment Services or Paypal. Both options use the latest secure technology and fraud protection.
- As a member of the NoteMaker family, your Wax Seal Shop credit card purchase will show up as “NoteMaker” on your credit card statement.
- If you are not comfortable purchasing online, that’s fine. We also offer a number of other convenient payment options including phone/fax your credit card details (Visa, Mastercard & American Express), direct deposit, personal cheques and money orders.

CANCELING YOUR ORDER
- After you have clicked “Confirm Order,” your order begins to process and you cannot make any changes to it online. To cancel your order prior to fulfillment, you must contact us. Please note that most orders process quickly and can enter the shipping process within minutes. If your order has already entered the shipping process, it cannot be changed or canceled.
ARE STOCK LEVELS CORRECT?
- Our stock levels are very accurate. However, rarely the product you ordered may not be in stock. We will contact you immediately to let you know if this occurs.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
- Wax Seal Shop does not have a conventional store credit/exchange policy.
- All exchanges are handled by refunding money back to a credit card, PayPal account or bank account wherever applicable. To then replace an item, we ask that you place a separate order with us.
*All returned items must be in a perfect, unused condition complete with original packaging.
- You should include a copy of your order form. Should the product not be in original condition, please contact us before returning it.
- There may be a $15.00 service and repacking charge for any returned items not in original unopened condition.
- Our return/exchange policy is effective for all items within 45 days of the purchase date.
- Where an item has been incorrectly ordered, Wax Seal Shop will recover the initial postage cost in sending this out to you.
- Please include your order confirmation slip, tax invoice or a Wax Seal Shop Return Form
- Please return all items using a registered delivery service which can be tracked. Wax Seal Shop is not liable for items being lost in transit.
- In the rare case that you receive a faulty/incorrect product upon delivery, simply contact Wax Seal Shop and we will organise to have the item replaced.
- All faulty/damaged goods must be returned to us for inspection.
- Please contact Wax Seal Shop in this instance to arrange for a Reply Paid Return.
- If you have not been sent the correct item, please contact us so that we can help fulfill your order.
